chicken roast recipe pakistani Hot and Spicy Pepper Chicken Fry-Select HD Quality

Ingredients

Chicken boneless - 1 kg (cleaned and cut into small sizes)

Ingredients for masala
Garlic - 12 nos.
Ginger - 1 large.
Green chilly - as needed.
Black pepper - 1 tbsp.

Chilli sauce - 3 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Corn flour - 5 tbsp.
Curry leaves - 3 sprig.
Crushed black pepper - as needed.

Method

Ground ginger, garlic, green chilly, and black pepper with enough water to make a paste.

Marinate the chicken with salt, chilli sauce, soy sauce, corn flour and ground masala paste. Use minimal cornflour as we just need a light coating for the chicken. Be careful while adding salt as the soy sauce which we will be adding already contains salt. Let it rest for one hour.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken. Move the fried chicken to a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, saute for a minute. Add crushed black pepper, Saute for a couple of minutes and add fried chicken. Mix well.

Switch off flame.Move to a serving dish and Enjoy!!
